陶瓷紊流(liu)雙套管是我公司(si)在(zai)紊流(liu)雙套管基礎上做的進(jin)一步改(gai)進(jin),屬于國內首創,該產品由主輸送(song)管和固(gu)定在(zai)其內壁頂部(bu)的內旁(pang)通管組成,內旁(pang)通管上設有引流(liu)-阻尼隔板,底(di)部(bu)沿軸(zhou)向按工藝要求每隔一定間距設一開口,通過(guo)輸送(song)管道的自調節實現飛灰(hui)的紊流(liu)狀態(tai)輸送(song)。
陶瓷耐磨雙套管從輸送機(ji)理上有別于常規的正壓氣力輸送系統,改懸浮輸送為靜壓輸送,從而改變了(le)常規正壓輸送低濃度、高流速、易(yi)磨損(sun)、易(yi)堵(du)管的工況,是解決輸送高磨損(sun)、大出力、密(mi)相輸送磨損(sun)性大的物料(例如鍋(guo)爐飛灰(hui))的理想(xiang)方案,代表了(le)當(dang)今除(chu)灰(hui)技術的先進水平。
