陶瓷(ci)紊(wen)流雙(shuang)套(tao)管(guan)是我公司在紊(wen)流雙(shuang)套(tao)管(guan)基礎(chu)上做的(de)進(jin)(jin)一步改進(jin)(jin),屬于國內(nei)首創(chuang),該產品由主輸送管(guan)和固定在其(qi)內(nei)壁頂部的(de)內(nei)旁通(tong)管(guan)組成(cheng),內(nei)旁通(tong)管(guan)上設有引流-阻尼隔(ge)(ge)板,底部沿軸向按工(gong)藝(yi)要求每隔(ge)(ge)一定間距設一開口(kou),通(tong)過輸送管(guan)道的(de)自調節實現(xian)飛灰(hui)的(de)紊(wen)流狀態輸送。
陶(tao)瓷耐磨(mo)雙(shuang)套管(guan)(guan)從輸送(song)機理(li)(li)上有別于常(chang)(chang)規的正壓(ya)氣力輸送(song)系統(tong),改懸浮輸送(song)為靜壓(ya)輸送(song),從而改變了常(chang)(chang)規正壓(ya)輸送(song)低濃度、高(gao)流(liu)速、易磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)、易堵管(guan)(guan)的工(gong)況,是解決輸送(song)高(gao)磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)、大出力、密相輸送(song)磨(mo)損(sun)(sun)性大的物料(例如鍋爐飛(fei)灰)的理(li)(li)想(xiang)方案,代(dai)表了當今除(chu)灰技術的先進水平。
