陶瓷紊流(liu)雙(shuang)(shuang)套管(guan)是我公司在紊流(liu)雙(shuang)(shuang)套管(guan)基(ji)礎(chu)上做的進一(yi)步改進,屬于國內首創,該產品(pin)由主輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)和固(gu)定在其內壁頂部(bu)的內旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)組成,內旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)上設有(you)引流(liu)-阻尼(ni)隔(ge)板,底部(bu)沿(yan)軸向按工藝要求每隔(ge)一(yi)定間距設一(yi)開(kai)口,通(tong)過(guo)輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)道的自調節實現飛(fei)灰的紊流(liu)狀態輸(shu)送(song)。
陶瓷耐(nai)磨(mo)雙套管(guan)從輸(shu)送(song)機理(li)上有別于常規的(de)(de)正壓氣(qi)力(li)輸(shu)送(song)系統,改懸(xuan)浮輸(shu)送(song)為靜(jing)壓輸(shu)送(song),從而改變了(le)(le)常規正壓輸(shu)送(song)低濃(nong)度(du)、高流速、易磨(mo)損、易堵(du)管(guan)的(de)(de)工況,是解決輸(shu)送(song)高磨(mo)損、大(da)出力(li)、密(mi)相輸(shu)送(song)磨(mo)損性大(da)的(de)(de)物料(例如鍋爐飛(fei)灰(hui))的(de)(de)理(li)想(xiang)方案,代表(biao)了(le)(le)當今除灰(hui)技(ji)術的(de)(de)先進水平。
該裝置(zhi)(zhi)包括主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)、內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan),在主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)間隔設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有多個焊接(jie)孔(kong),所(suo)述(shu)主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)沿軸向(xiang)方(fang)向(xiang)刻(ke)有指(zhi)(zhi)引(yin)線,并且焊接(jie)孔(kong)位(wei)(wei)于指(zhi)(zhi)引(yin)線上(shang)(shang)(shang)。通(tong)(tong)(tong)過刻(ke)畫指(zhi)(zhi)引(yin)線,在將(jiang)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)緊靠主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)內(nei)壁(bi)進行焊接(jie)時,能夠(gou)(gou)保證足夠(gou)(gou)的(de)有效焊接(jie)部(bu)位(wei)(wei),使得內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)在受到高(gao)速灰氣流的(de)沖刷(shua)時不易脫落。在內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)沿軸向(xiang)方(fang)向(xiang)刻(ke)有定位(wei)(wei)線,利用定位(wei)(wei)線能夠(gou)(gou)保證足夠(gou)(gou)的(de)有效焊接(jie)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)。在內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有鉤掛裝置(zhi)(zhi),能夠(gou)(gou)使內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)整(zheng)體(ti)與主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)內(nei)壁(bi)接(jie)觸更加(jia)緊密。在內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)入口處(chu)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)防磨裝置(zhi)(zhi),能夠(gou)(gou)延長內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)使用壽命。適合(he)在物料輸(shu)送領域推廣(guang)應用。
