陶瓷紊(wen)(wen)流(liu)雙套管(guan)(guan)是我公司在(zai)紊(wen)(wen)流(liu)雙套管(guan)(guan)基礎上(shang)(shang)做(zuo)的(de)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步改進(jin),屬于(yu)國內首創,該產品由主(zhu)輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)和固定在(zai)其內壁頂部(bu)的(de)內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)組成,內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)上(shang)(shang)設有引(yin)流(liu)-阻尼隔(ge)板,底(di)部(bu)沿軸向按工藝(yi)要(yao)求每隔(ge)一(yi)(yi)定間距設一(yi)(yi)開口,通(tong)(tong)過輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)自調(diao)節實現飛(fei)灰的(de)紊(wen)(wen)流(liu)狀態(tai)輸(shu)送(song)。
陶瓷(ci)耐磨(mo)(mo)雙套管從輸送(song)(song)(song)機理上有別于(yu)常(chang)規的正壓(ya)氣力(li)輸送(song)(song)(song)系統,改(gai)懸浮輸送(song)(song)(song)為靜(jing)壓(ya)輸送(song)(song)(song),從而改(gai)變了常(chang)規正壓(ya)輸送(song)(song)(song)低濃度、高流速、易磨(mo)(mo)損、易堵管的工況,是解決輸送(song)(song)(song)高磨(mo)(mo)損、大(da)出力(li)、密相輸送(song)(song)(song)磨(mo)(mo)損性大(da)的物料(liao)(例如鍋(guo)爐飛(fei)灰)的理想方案,代表了當(dang)今除灰技術的先(xian)進水平(ping)。
該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)包括主(zhu)輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)、內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)主(zhu)輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)間隔(ge)設置(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)多個焊接(jie)孔(kong),所述主(zhu)輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)沿(yan)軸向方(fang)向刻(ke)(ke)有(you)(you)(you)指(zhi)引(yin)線(xian),并且焊接(jie)孔(kong)位(wei)于(yu)指(zhi)引(yin)線(xian)上(shang)(shang)。通(tong)(tong)(tong)過刻(ke)(ke)畫指(zhi)引(yin)線(xian),在(zai)(zai)將內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)緊靠主(zhu)輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的內(nei)(nei)壁進行焊接(jie)時(shi),能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)焊接(jie)部位(wei),使得(de)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)受(shou)到高速灰(hui)氣流的沖刷時(shi)不(bu)易脫(tuo)落。在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)沿(yan)軸向方(fang)向刻(ke)(ke)有(you)(you)(you)定(ding)位(wei)線(xian),利用(yong)定(ding)位(wei)線(xian)能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)焊接(jie)部位(wei)。在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)設置(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)鉤掛裝(zhuang)置(zhi),能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)使內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)整(zheng)體與主(zhu)輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的內(nei)(nei)壁接(jie)觸更加緊密。在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的入口處設置(zhi)防(fang)磨裝(zhuang)置(zhi),能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)延長內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的使用(yong)壽命。適合在(zai)(zai)物料(liao)輸送領域推(tui)廣應用(yong)。
