陶瓷紊流(liu)雙(shuang)套管(guan)是我公司在(zai)紊流(liu)雙(shuang)套管(guan)基(ji)礎上做的進一(yi)步改進,屬(shu)于(yu)國(guo)內(nei)首創,該產品由主輸送管(guan)和固定在(zai)其內(nei)壁頂部的內(nei)旁通管(guan)組成,內(nei)旁通管(guan)上設有(you)引流(liu)-阻尼隔板(ban),底(di)部沿軸(zhou)向按(an)工藝要求(qiu)每隔一(yi)定間(jian)距(ju)設一(yi)開口,通過(guo)輸送管(guan)道(dao)的自(zi)調節實現飛灰(hui)的紊流(liu)狀態輸送。
陶瓷耐磨(mo)雙套管從(cong)輸送(song)機理(li)上有(you)別于常(chang)規的(de)正壓氣力輸送(song)系統,改(gai)(gai)懸(xuan)浮輸送(song)為靜壓輸送(song),從(cong)而改(gai)(gai)變了常(chang)規正壓輸送(song)低濃度(du)、高(gao)(gao)流速(su)、易磨(mo)損、易堵(du)管的(de)工況(kuang),是解(jie)決輸送(song)高(gao)(gao)磨(mo)損、大(da)出力、密相(xiang)輸送(song)磨(mo)損性大(da)的(de)物料(例如(ru)鍋爐飛灰)的(de)理(li)想方案,代表了當今除灰技術的(de)先進水平。
該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)包括主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)、內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan),在主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)間隔設置(zhi)有(you)(you)多個焊接(jie)(jie)孔,所述主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)沿軸向方向刻有(you)(you)指引線(xian),并(bing)且焊接(jie)(jie)孔位(wei)于指引線(xian)上(shang)(shang)。通(tong)過刻畫指引線(xian),在將內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)緊靠主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)內壁進行焊接(jie)(jie)時,能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)焊接(jie)(jie)部位(wei),使(shi)得內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)在受到(dao)高速灰氣流的(de)沖刷時不易脫落。在內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)沿軸向方向刻有(you)(you)定位(wei)線(xian),利用(yong)定位(wei)線(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)焊接(jie)(jie)部位(wei)。在內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)設置(zhi)有(you)(you)鉤(gou)掛裝(zhuang)置(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)使(shi)內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)整(zheng)體與主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)內壁接(jie)(jie)觸更加緊密。在內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou)處設置(zhi)防磨裝(zhuang)置(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)延長內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命。適合在物料輸(shu)送領域推廣應(ying)用(yong)。
