陶(tao)瓷紊流(liu)(liu)雙套管是我公司(si)在紊流(liu)(liu)雙套管基礎上做的進一步改進,屬于國內首創,該產(chan)品由主輸送管和固定在其內壁(bi)頂(ding)部(bu)的內旁通管組成,內旁通管上設有引流(liu)(liu)-阻尼隔板(ban),底部(bu)沿軸向按工藝要求每隔一定間(jian)距設一開口(kou),通過輸送管道的自調(diao)節實(shi)現飛灰(hui)的紊流(liu)(liu)狀態(tai)輸送。
陶瓷(ci)耐磨(mo)(mo)雙(shuang)套管(guan)從(cong)輸(shu)送(song)機理(li)上(shang)有別于常規的(de)正壓氣力輸(shu)送(song)系統,改懸浮輸(shu)送(song)為靜(jing)壓輸(shu)送(song),從(cong)而改變(bian)了常規正壓輸(shu)送(song)低濃度、高(gao)流速、易(yi)磨(mo)(mo)損、易(yi)堵(du)管(guan)的(de)工況,是解決輸(shu)送(song)高(gao)磨(mo)(mo)損、大出力、密相輸(shu)送(song)磨(mo)(mo)損性大的(de)物料(例如鍋爐飛(fei)灰)的(de)理(li)想方案,代(dai)表了當今(jin)除(chu)灰技術的(de)先進(jin)水平。
該(gai)裝置(zhi)(zhi)包括主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)、內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)間隔(ge)設置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)多個焊接孔,所(suo)述主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)沿軸向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)刻有(you)(you)指引(yin)線(xian),并且焊接孔位(wei)于(yu)指引(yin)線(xian)上(shang)。通(tong)(tong)過刻畫指引(yin)線(xian),在(zai)將(jiang)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)緊靠(kao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)進(jin)行焊接時,能夠保證(zheng)(zheng)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效焊接部位(wei),使(shi)得(de)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)受(shou)到(dao)高速(su)灰氣(qi)流的(de)(de)(de)沖刷時不易(yi)脫(tuo)落。在(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)沿軸向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)刻有(you)(you)定位(wei)線(xian),利用定位(wei)線(xian)能夠保證(zheng)(zheng)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效焊接部位(wei)。在(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)設置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)鉤掛裝置(zhi)(zhi),能夠使(shi)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)整體(ti)與主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)接觸(chu)更加緊密。在(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)入口處設置(zhi)(zhi)防磨裝置(zhi)(zhi),能夠延長內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming)。適合在(zai)物料輸(shu)(shu)送領(ling)域(yu)推廣應用。
